How do we accumulate points?

Each time you purchase an item through giftware/ furniture or from Rumours coffee shop, present your loyalty card, and the staff will swipe it for you. It is very important that you present this card before payment is made, as after the transaction is complete, points are unable to be added. If you spend $10.00 - you will receive 10 loyalty points, if you spend $50.00 you receive 50 loyalty points etc.

When are points redeemable?

Goods must be delivered and or taken before the points become available. For example if the customer has a layby the points will not be available until the layby has been paid off and goods have been delivered or picked up.

How many points do you need before the customer is able to start receiving the benefits of the loyalty card?

The customer must have accumulated 666 points before they are able to use any points as a monetary value. The monetary value for 665 points is $10.

How do I know how many points I have on my card?

Simply ask the staff how many points you have on your card or use our customer friendly loyalty card scanner in store.
